INGREDIENTS:
Potato - 3
Tomato - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp.
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp.
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp.
Coriander & cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp.
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp.
Asafoetida - a pinch
Oil - 4 tsp.
Salt - to taste

METHOD:
Peel and cut potato into cubes. Chop tomatoes. In a pressure pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, when they crackle add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and tomatoes. Sauté for a minute. Now add all other ingredients and mix well. Add a cup of water. Pressure cook in high flame for 2 whistles. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with phulkas and pooris. Goes well with hot rice.
